Welcome to Mobile Transportation Care Services!

You agree to the following terms and conditions by booking our transportation services.

​1. Booking and Payment

  • Reservations can be made online, over the phone, or via email.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit/debit cards and secure payment methods.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • All payments are non-refundable.

  • If a booking is canceled, the amount paid can be applied to a future ride within 30 days of the original booking.

3. Waiting Time Policy

To ensure punctual service, waiting time fees are applied as follows:

  • First 10 Minutes: Complimentary.

  • 10-30 Minutes: An additional fee of $15 will be charged.

  • 30+ Minutes: A total additional fee of $30 will apply.

  • Passengers must communicate any delays to avoid unnecessary fees.

4. Pricing

  • Our competitive rates start at $50 for private rides, depending on location, distance, and service type.

  • Final pricing will be provided at the time of booking.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

  • Passengers must ensure they are ready at the agreed pick-up time and location.

  • Any damage caused to the vehicle by the passenger will result in additional cleaning or repair fees.

6. No-Show Policy

  • If the passenger is not present at the pick-up location within 15 minutes of the scheduled time and has not notified us, the booking will be considered a no-show and the full fare will be charged.

7. Liability

  • Passengers are responsible for their belongings. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items left in the vehicle.
